Happy Labor Day – Bah Humbug

So what do teacher’s do on labor day.  Bar-b-que?  Go to the lake?  party?  nah… we grade papers.  It’s only been a week, but I’ve got a bunch of stuff to grade already.  Remember, modern kids won’t do jack unless there’s a grade attached.

I also have to create enough powerpoints to keep me going for a few weeks.  Fortunately, I’ll be able to re-use those.  The powerpoints on for Glencoe books and almost every school without super-geniuses.  The books are very pretty and easily digestible, but lacking a certain depth.  Oh well,  most everyone in Texas uses them.

Oh, and I’m sick too.
